Sales/Estimator
Cascade Lumber Company, a family owned lumber yard, has been providing high quality building materials in Eastern Iowa since 1953.
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson/Estimator to assist customers with their building material needs.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers Answering inquiries and product questions Reviewing plans and generating material lists/estimates for projects such as homes, additions, garages, decks, remodels, agricultural buildings, and light commercial buildings Generating sales/purchase documentation for special order items Following projects through completion to ensure customer satisfaction Preferred qualifications One or more years of related experience Familiarity with the construction industry and building materials Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings AUTOCAD experience or ability to learn Detail orientated with strong organizational skills High School degree or equivalent Pay Scale:
$55,000 - $80,000 Depending on Qualifications
